well, made some pizza for dinner (getting us back on track)....with spinach and artichokes...very good for us (and a whole wheat crust).......

and I just saw that almost all of the us states have some kind of snow now....(probably NOT florida, dang elves).....

and I think I am finally getting the upper hand on my cold with the help of my nutritionist and my acupuncturist.....wish it would just have gone away on its own

yeah what rr said as well as unlucky (he has the power here)......

big dinner plans: SALAD lol....yeah its the new years kick at losing some extra pounds, we shall see if it works ....gonna make some miso soup to go with it since its pretty cold outside and soup is nice and warm.

blast why am I awake??? only 3 hours of sleep (was doing some stuff right before bed which took longer than I had wanted ....)

oh well, think I will go back to bed after the mail arrives (am expecting a package

My gym is stuffed with new years resolution crowd. I've been forced to go at around 8pm when it dead quiet and all the free weights are nicely arranged by the staff.

as per the lack of real mail delivery on any day here other than monday or tuesday---it didnt arrive

....just more stuffed toys----and a book I have been trying to replace for a while. Well hope they deliver it tomorrow since my hubby is expecting a package from the ups peeps then.....and I can sleep in since he has to work all hours tomorrow (7am until midnight at least---new server going on line or some such thing).....and is working from home.

and its sushi night tomorrow too....so I get to go out and he has to stay home, bwhahahhahaaaa!!!

lol Oh Slayer, how that would make my day if they were to um disappear for a while for not following forum rules.

I figured you hadn't but I also figured you would know what they are. So very delicious and it appears to only be a central Illinois thing, much like Kitchen Cooked chips (aka Farmington chips).

Welp the gf is back in town, and that is where I have been for the past 9 hours but I am okay with that.

Another long day tomorrow. (Getting up at 6 makes the days so much longer) but I get to go deal with the parking people. Yay for switching parking passes and adding cars. Gonna be fun.

I'm just worried about how this all is going to go since we have to do somethings. Basically we have to switch the current car that is registered with campus from my name to my brothers then put the Camry under my name and get a Commuter Pass for the Camry and switch the other car from a Parking Deck Pass to a St. James Pass... We will see if they can keep up and how much paper work will be involved.

It almost was. Actually it went a bit smoother than I expected but that is probably because I happened to see my brother as I was driving on to campus walking back to his apartment. So I picked him up and he happened to have his checkbook on him, which he was going to need. So we went to the parking office and after a lot of explaining we were able to get it all worked out. They switched me over to the Camry and I paid $5 for a new parking pass (commuter this time) and my brother got his new St. James parking pass for the Olds. Worked out great. And I told my gf yesterday she should check with them in case the parking office deactivated her ID from getting into and out of the deck where she parks her car. Good thing she checked because her ID had been deactivated. So all and all a win in the column for getting it all taken care of.

Black Hawk Down is an excellent movie that was extremely well done. I am highly surprised that it took you this long to watch it.

glad it all worked out.....good to hear somethings go according to plan.

never had parking decks in college...and our id's were very basic (a photo with some numbers, dont even remember if they had a bar code on them either)....but then again...it was a loooooong time ago (before windows even)....though I do remember my id number!

Ya ours has a barcode and a magnetic strip since we use it like a debit card as well.
